Position Overview

The Marketing Manager will create and execute data-driven programs that drive revenue and will play an integral role in helping deploy a variety of digital and traditional marketing strategies including B2B lead generation, brand communications, and thought leadership content creation. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for both supporting the strategy and owning the execution of programs that drive maximum revenue and conversion.

Responsibilities

  • Support business leadership with an understanding of competitive landscape to ensure appropriate management and execution of marketing and branding messaging in our core market segments and industries
  • Analyze, develop, project manage and execute digital/eCommerce, social, print, and event-based marketing efforts including email campaigns, video, advertising, webinars, sales enablement tools, direct mail, trade shows, and more
  • Work closely with Sales team and the Digital Marketing Manager to develop multi-faceted lead generation programs to effectively and efficiently grow marketing and sales qualified leads to ultimately drive incremental revenue.
  • Work closely with the broader marketing team to coordinate and manage budgets and track program ROI
  • Work with creative to determine high impact content campaigns and influence content creation planning and scheduling
  • Work with the Sales Team to determine opportunities for formalized Client cross-sell/up-sell and expansion campaigns
  • Proactively track, monitor, and analyze how the various marketing programs and initiatives are driving leads and building brand awareness

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of relevant and related marketing experience with 5+ years’ experience with creating and running lead generation campaigns
  • Creative thinker who can generate and execute on innovative marketing ideas for integrated campaigns with a proven track record in developing, managing, and executing marketing and communication plans
  • Results-driven with strong ability to analyze data/marketing analytics and determine program forecasting and ROI
  • Ability to grasp complex technical and business issues and articulate them simply.
  • Strong project management, organizational and planning skills with a demonstrated ability to manage on-time delivery of projects in a cross-functional environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including excellent written and spoken English.
  • Social media savvy and strong familiarity on how to amplify social media results
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
  • A willingness to embrace change and experiment with new ideas
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization; business leadership, marketing, sales, operations, and the technology teams
  • Proactively track, monitor, and analyze how the various marketing programs and initiatives are driving leads and building brand awareness

Experience and Educational Requirement

  • Bachelor’s Degree – Marketing, Business or a technical discipline with a marketing focus or relevant equivalent experience.
