    Position Overview

    Primarily, technicians will be responsible for decommissioning old hardware for Generations Tower.  

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for upgrading systems.
    • Responsible for customer satisfaction.
    • Responsible for submitting a weekly timesheet.
    • Success is defined as: systems are configured and all data files transferred, and all software installed.
    • Minimum productivity requirements are met (as determined by customer/supervisor).
    • Maintain high-level of customer satisfaction on site.
    • Maintain a high-level of accuracy.

    Qualifications

    • Strong technical skills using Windows, additional OS experience is a plus.
    • Strong technical  problem solving skills.
    • Strong organizational skills.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Excellent customer service skills.
    • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities.
