    Position Overview

    This role will be a support 2nd shift role, timings being around 12pm - 8pm. Also it will include covering incident, service request and problem management, working with developers for bug fixing and development of minor enhancements for the following in-scope applications:

    • Proficy MES (v1, v2, & Digital Yamazumi)*

    • Nesting


    • Facilitate Outage Bridge/Skype
    • Outage Communication (in lieu of release manager)
    • Complete quarterly account access reviews
    • SOP Creation, Knowledge Articles in Service Now
    • Queue Management – for L1/L2/L3 developers, Resource capacity planning
    • Implementation plan creation (for INC and PRB)
    • In lieu of a Release manager - Change request creation (for Ops items)
    • Monitoring weekly metrics – identifying improvements with App Mgr.
    • In lieu of a Release Mgr. – facilitate the deployment activities
    • Facilitate testing of Ops items (INC/PRB)
    • Complete required security scans
