    Position Overview

    We are seeking a full-time ERP System Analyst to join the Information Technology department.  The System Analyst is responsible for maintaining existing information systems and evaluating and implementing new systems to keep pace with the evolving needs of the company and changing industry landscape. Salary based on experience and education with profit sharing and a comprehensive employee benefits package including 401(k), healthcare & more.

    Responsibilities

    • Diagnose and resolve system issues
    • Assist with user support and training
    • Create user accounts and manage system access in accordance with company policies
    • Test and deploy system patches and upgrades
    • Review process logs and other system maintenance tasks
    • Assist with system integrations and customizations
    • Participate in software / service evaluation and implementation
    • Act as point of contact for both software /service providers and users
    • Design, create, and modify reports – both permanent and ad-hoc
    • Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    • 5 years of professional experience in a manufacturing environment
    • Bachelors degree in Information Systems or related field
    • Capable of working independently and as part of a team
    • Excellent communication skills, especially with users
    • Ability to learn quickly through research and independent study
    • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
    • Willingness to accept new challenges
    • Available for occasional evening or weekend work

    Technical Skills:

    • ERP System Management and Maintenance
    • Reporting / BI Tools – Crystal Reports and SSRS preferred
    • SQL Server Administration and Development
    • T-SQL Programming
    • Process analysis and design
    • ANSI X12 EDI
    • .NET Programming a plus, ability to understand VB.Net code required
