    Position Overview

    The Technology Practice Manager is ultimately responsible for applying all of our technology solutions across business verticals to contribute to the overall success of our product and solution offerings which are realized in our company’s growth.


    • Technical understanding of MCPc’s technology offerings.
    • Pre-sales responsibilities to understand business issues, gather requirements, design & price solutions
    • Work closely with the sales team to help close business.
    • Accountable for operational metrics related to your practice.
    • Responsible for maintaining the strategic direction, ensuring profitable growth of the practice, quality of consulting delivery and maintaining customer references.
    • Develop strategy and plans to successfully implement operational policies and achieve business objectives.
    • Resolve issues in complex customer engagements.
    • May serve as advisor or project sponsor for complex customer engagements.
    • Provide leadership that supports the company’s culture, mission and values.
    • Management of MCPc resources and subcontractors.
    • Meet with internal teams to obtain and in-depth understanding of the products and solutions we sell.
    • Make presentations to board of directors, executive management and customers.
    • Communicate MCPc’s technology strategy to investors, management, staff, partners, customers and stakeholders.
    • Maintain current information about technology standards and compliance regulations.
    • Carry out other duties as assigned.

    • Ability to successfully prioritize and manage time
    • Proficient verbal and written communication skills and etiquette, and the ability to actively communicate, inspire and motivate all levels of staff.
    • Strong customer service and presentation skills, professional demeanor and a positive attitude.
    • Consistently courteous and respectful demeanor towards both internal and external contacts
    • Ten years of experience in the IT arena.
    • Experience in consulting and project management a plus.
    • Product, technology or industry experience relevant to your practice.
    • Ability to develop and maintain relationships at the executive level.
    • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
    • Ability to travel occasionally to customer sites. 
    • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required.
