    Position Overview

    Assist Project Manager/Program Managers with activities related to the coordination, execution and completion of IT/logistics projects for our clients.  The Project Coordinator Intern assists Project Managers with scheduling activities, project coordination,  process documentation and reporting. 



    • Update customer CRM system for various projects
    • Initiation and update Tickets in MCPc System (ConnectWise)
    • Coordinate resource scheduling activities under the direction of Project Manager
    • Assist with project reporting as directed
    • Documentation of processes in Visio and creation of work instructions


    • Thorough knowledge of MS Office Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio
    • MS Project (preferred but not required)
    • Strong communication skills, comfortable making calls and scheduling follow up
    • Good organizational skills and ability to learn applications (CW, SharePoint, JD)
    • Can work independently
    • Good time management skills
    • Able to speak,write and understand English fluently
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
    • Positive attitude
    • Willingness to take direction and seek out work when completed with tasks

    Experience and Educational Requirement 


    Currently enrolled in College in pursuit of business degree
