    Position Overview

    The System Analyst is responsible for gathering requirements from the production team(s).  This individual will then work with the IT team to enhance the overall effectiveness of the tools in place and make recommendations for areas of improvement.

    Responsibilities

     Maximo Services Program resource:

      • The Services Maximo program continues to leverage the existing implementation of IBM Maximo to manage tooling across 66 Customer Services Centers within the Global Services Organization. The initial program covered deployment and configuration of the system to meet each service center’s needs.  Paradigm will be focused on the system requirements gathering for external and internal users purchasing tooling in the Global Services Organization.  Also supporting projects to simplify, enhance, and configure based on the needs/demand of the end-user.  Paradigm will work directly with the functional project leader in Services and coordinate the activities of the functional and IT teams, and any supporting IT teams. 
      • Gather and confirm all system-level requirements for the project
      • Track program activities, at the task level
      • Schedule and lead regular status calls
      • Coordinate across functional, site and IT teams to maintain positive progress
      • Help break down barriers
      • Communicate status, risks and issues regularly and openly
      • Schedule end user training during site roll-outs and on-demand as needed
      • Learn the CWC platform and capabilities to meet the need of external Maximo users
      • Learn the Oracle SSS and Maximo integration capabilities and provide the ability to train end-users on the purchasing process through Maximo
      • Manage license allocation and number of users within the limit of what was purchased through IBM
      • Research industry standards and Maximo best practices to continuously improve end-users experience
      • Implement and drive new work order close out process from the individuals at service sites uploading documentation to the GSS Maximo team
