    Position Overview

    Execution of RTS Support on the applications which includes level 1, level 2 and level 3 (minor enhancements) production support for the applications


    Support incidents, problems, change requests, service requests, and access management. Additional responsibilities include identifying & performing proactive application enhancements, as well as bringing continuous improvement to the applications performance/stability all in partnership and accordance with the IT team’s Agile/DevOps development and release process, as well as all shared serviced teams.


    • Familiarity with the Service Now application for ticket management.
