    Position Overview

    Be an onsite project manager to support project deployment of additional integrations, enhancements, and change requests for existing sites.  

    Responsibilities

    • Monthly reporting as well as project status and time-reporting must conform to standard processes
    • Weekly Items of Interest to be provided to the manager
    • Oversee the development projects that being implemented at the different sites
    • Help and troubleshoot errors/problems that occur in the environment
    • Update and maintain up to date training documents
    • Help functional/end users define new processes in Maximo per business requirement
    • Provide end user training
    • Review and refinement of high level design and architecture
    • Review of requirements and clarification where necessary
    • Assistance defining technical requirements with vendor for data passing between systems.
    • Provide roll-up of resources with initial tech meetings. Initially we will only require the project manager\lead for initial tech sessions with vendor then bring on developers once requirements are defined
    • Integration / Interfaces
    • Low-level design, includes interfacing with systems
    • Low-Level Data mappings Database Modelling (if applicable)
    • Project Management Methodology (PMM) Design, Code, Testing, & Environment Readiness Reviews
    • Application set up
    • Database setup in consultation with IBM Cloud Delivery team (if applicable)
    • Deployment across environments
    • Testing across all environments
    • Integration Testing (SIT, UAT)
    • Production Release
    • Transition to Support Team
    • Data Migration
    • Functional Requirements gathering
    • Design and Development work related to loading data into application 
    • Conversion of data into Maximo system
    • Testing activities of third party applications including
