    Position Overview

    We are looking for an energetic, outgoing individual to provide application and user support in a Microsoft environment.  The ideal candidate will feel comfortable interacting with all levels of users within the company and have exceptional customer service skills. The Application Administrator will configure an enterprise application and assist in the setup, maintenance, support and documentation. This position will also assist in the improvement of and the adherence to company computer security policies, systems development standards and other company and departmental policies and processes. 

    Responsibilities

    • Perform administrative actions on enterprise applications
    • Maintain applications to ensure optimal reliability and operational efficiency
    • Assist with application configuration and understanding of the configuration options within the application
    • Assist in the development of required test plans
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues impacting the Company's line of business systems, and services within the agreed time to recovery, with and provide guidance as needed
    • Assist in the testing and documentation of enterprise systems
    • Follow process and procedure standards to maintain and improve service and efficiency
    • Work with third party software vendors
    • Work with end users in multiple time zones
    • Provide knowledgebase documentation on the configuration of the application
    • Routine activities include, troubleshooting end user requests, and working with the business to understand how they use various applications
    • Duties also include configuration and setup of enterprise applications, testing of upgrades and patches to software applications and handling incidents and service requests

    Qualifications

    • Your Experience & Education (Required)

      • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
      • 1-3 years of experience 

      Your Experience (Preferred)

      • Debugging or troubleshooting experience
      • Windows and MAC operating systems
      • Office Suite 2007 through 2016
      • Working in a Team Environment
      • Local and Remote Troubleshooting
      • Application configuration and administration in a Microsoft environment
      • Mobile Device Support

      Your Additional Skills and Abilities

      • Critical thinking
      • Ability to translate customer/process requirements to application configuration/implementation
      • Outstanding communication and documentation skills
      • Knowledge of the relocation industry specifically destination services is a plus
