    Position Overview

    The Project Coordinator manages the projects from initiation through delivery.  The Project Coordinator is a point of contact for all project-related information which is communicated via project team updates, resource meetings, project testing and project reporting.


    Business Unit Processes

    • Timely communications regarding timelines and budget
    • Participate in account relationship and issue management activities
    • Resource Gathering
    • Manage the Hardware Procurement Process, Billing Process, Escalation Process, Communication Process, Change Control Process and Project Closing Process for assigned Work Requests

    Project Ownership

    • Work with the delivery team to execute a project plan to deliver within the scope of the signed project
    • Drive projects through the execution and management of project deliverables, communication plans, etc.
    • Grasp the cost, timeline, and resources necessary to execute and complete projects
    • Prepare the quality assurance specifications that guide and measure the success of project deliverables
    • Successfully utilize and communicate change management strategies in the execution of projects
    • Anticipate and plan contingencies in relationship to project risk
    • Track and oversee the resolution of any project open issues and action items


    • Consistently display leadership to both customers and assigned project teams
    • Coordinate customer and third-party resources in executing a project

    Business and Management

    • Effectively manage projects in a manner that meets and preferably exceeds customer expectations
    • Ensure that projects successfully meet time, budget, and business requirements, especially through the establishment of specific deliverable objectives

    Customer Focus and Communication

    • Serve as main project contact for clients
    • Coordinate interactions between clients and the technical team
    • Schedule time with project sponsors, including executives, in order to keep them involved and informed during a project
    • Accurately identify problems within the project and provide recommendations for resolution
    • Schedule consistent project meetings and timely verbal and written communication as needed


    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
    • 1-5+ years’ experience in project coordination role
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Project Management tools
    • Use of video/voice conferencing tools
