    Position Overview

    There is a large data set (roughly 10,000 lines of data) of supplier addresses that need to be referenced against our current Oracle supplier database and then categorized.  Unfortunately there is no unique identifier between the 2 data sets, so this will be a manual effort. We are estimating  2 months to complete this task. 

    Responsibilities

    High-level scope of work would be as follows:

    • Review supplier site data & categorize as 1) address should be de-activated, 2) address exists in Oracle database, 3) address does not exist in Oracle database and needs to be added
    • For addresses that need to be added, clean-up address formatting to ensure address is a valid address
    • Support organizing clean addresses in to a provided template to support a Bulk Upload to our Oracle system
    • This is not a work from home assignment

    Qualifications

    • Strong attention to detail
    • Ability to stay on task
    • Excel and Database experience a strong plus
    • Ability to follow instructions
    • Strong organizational skills
