    Position Overview

    The primary responsibilities of this position will be  client imaging and application deployments through BCM. The candidate will also be required to deploy and implement enhancements that will improve the reliability, maintainability, and performance of the systems. This role will be both internal and client facing.


    • Use of the BCM tool for endpoint management
    • Using Footpints to track and support customer issues
    • Software packaging and deployment
    • Interacting with customers using the help desk ticketing system
    • Collaborating with server, desktop and engineering teams on the resolutions of high priority issues.
    • Remote tools for endpoint management, design, and troubleshooting


    • Using endpoint management tool for day to day activities
    • Deploying and configuring software packages     
    • Desktop troubleshooting, configuration, and maintenance skills      
    • Troubleshooting and remediating issues with endpoint devices related to updates, upgrades, and patches
    • Creating and deploying installed software updates.
    • Knowledge and abilities to deploy virtual applications.
