The Helpdesk Analyst will play the role of liaison between several departments within the organization helping both internal users and external suppliers with web portal accessibility, functionality, and usage.
This person will also help with technical issues and triage those particular issues to the appropriate departments to minimize downtime and provide excellent customer service as well. Also this individual will help train both internal and external users on how to use and navigate the web portal. This candidate will also be responsible for analyzing data collected from the web portal by querying databases such as Access and/or Oracle.
