Position Overview

The technician in this role will deploy equipment( laptops/desktops) to internal users as well as Field Service Reps( laptops/tablets) and then provide support for any issues associated with those deployments as well as inventory control of old equipment.


  • Responsible for upgrading systems
  • Inventory control of old equipment after deployments
  • Take calls for troubleshooting technical issues from the Field Reps and internal end-users
  • Maintain high-level of customer satisfaction on site.
  • Maintain a high-level of accuracy.
  • Responsible to complete a checklist for each systems that contains the tasks and QA requirements.
  • Success is defined as: systems are upgraded and all data files transferred, and all software installed.
