Position Overview

This individual will support the organization by providing Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) administration.  The qualified candidate will join a team that is responsible for the administration, maintenance, monitoring and support of computing operations. 


The primary responsibilities of this position will be patch management, client imaging, inventory/reporting, and application deployments through SCCM. The candidate will also be required to deploy and implement enhancements that will improve the reliability, maintainability, and performance of the systems.  This role will be both internal and client facing.


  • 5+ years relevant experience
  • Linux experience a plus
  • MCSE\MCSA (preferred)
  • MCSE\MCSA Security (preferred)
  • Both Windows OS and iOS experience
  • Experience directly supporting a network environment
  • Prepare, maintain and uphold logging and reporting procedures and monitor desktop operations.
  • Design, architect and deploy desktop system standard images using latest technologies.
  • Execute road map complying with technology and best practices.
  • Execute plans and implement technical infrastructure projects to refresh supported systems.
  • Document processes and procedures for maintenance and support of desktop operations.
  • Execute, document and maintain desktop security standards as per IT security policies.
  • Handle system administration of enterprise desktop asset management software tools.
  • Review and test deployment updates through a configuration manager.
  • Handle Quality Assurance testing and application configurations using manual and automated testing tools.
