Position Overview

The Recruiter is responsible for assisting in the recruitment, delivery and overall service provided by the MCPc Talent Team. The role will also be responsible for assuring satisfaction is met for customers and hiring managers as it relates to hiring/onboarding technical and corporate resources.

Responsibilities

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

 

  • Responsible for efforts involving MCPc’s technical personnel hiring, including the recruitment, onboarding, and back office procedures as it relates to MCPc’s onsite staff and internal technical/corporate vacancies.
  • Facilitate efforts to identify new onsite personnel to meet the demands of customers for both project/contract, and full-time positions within MCPc.
  • Coordinate efforts as it relates to established staffing firm partnerships and assist with partnership compliance.
  • Utilize Recruitment tools such as job boards, applicant tracking systems, and social media to identify top talent as it relates to meeting the needs of MCPc internal (Hiring Managers)/external customers.
  • Prepare compliance documents as it relates to MCPc and our customers that are required for each unique engagement within the business unit.
  • Work closely with the Human Resources Department to prepare and deliver offers of employment to internal applicants; escalate as necessary, and assist in assuring that compliance best practices are met as it relates to internal/external employees, staffing firms, and customers.
  • Assist with reporting of Departmental Metrics
  • Assist with employee on/off boarding.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

 

Skills and Attributes Required:

 

  • Strong recruitment, retention, and customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong awareness on when to escalate activities as it relates to customers, candidates, hiring managers, and staffing partners.
  • Applicant tracking system, CRM, and MS Office skills preferred. ConnectWise experience is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of Staffing/Recruiting experience required; technical recruiting experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong ability to multi-task and handle changing priorities.
  • Must have good soft skills.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and Excel preferred
  • Strong communication skills both verbally and in written form.

 

Experience and Educational Requirement:

 

The successful candidate will have base line knowledge of recruitment, customer service, resource allocation, and a strong understanding of the contract/staffing firm business. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in these areas. A 4-year degree is preferred
