Position Overview

This individual will support the organization by providing Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) administration.  The qualified candidate will join a team that is responsible for the administration, maintenance, monitoring and support of computing operations.  The primary responsibilities of this position will be patch management, client imaging, inventory/reporting, and application deployments through SCCM. The candidate will also be required to deploy and implement enhancements that will improve the reliability, maintainability, and performance of the systems.  This role will be both internal and client facing with remote and onsite support. 



  • Maintain client images and task sequences
  • Deploy software, patches, and updates using SCCM
  • Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures
  • Monitor patch releases and develop patch installation strategies for servers and clients
  • Perform general administration duties in Active Directory environment
  • Provide a point of escalation and support to the Help Desk and IT teams
  • Works with moderate supervision, side by side with the other system administrators and IT teams (at SkyPark and on customer sites)
  • Support user questions, problems, and needs with prompt and courteous attention
  • Printer Support – Create Print Ques and Support DSS Software
  • Schedule End of Lease Returns.
  • Executive Support
  • MDT Imaging – Creation of New image and maintaining
  • Remote support of MDT for international customers
  • SAS Support
  • Patching of Devices – SCCM Admin
  • Verizon Support – Mobile Devices
  • Windows 10 Project- possible leading the project of building and testing
  • Occasional off-hours support is required.


  • Experience with SCCM patch management, inventory management, operating system deployment
  • Experience with scripting languages to automate tasks (i.e. PowerShell, VBScript, Batch Files)
  • Proficient with Microsoft operating systems and Microsoft Office
  • Must be a self-starter and have the ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Ability to manage assigned tasks and clearly communicate status information
  • Good interpersonal skills: gets along well with others
  • Good customer service skills, including end-user support experience
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Associates degree and 3-5 years’ experience is preferred
