Position Overview

The Regional Account Manager is the fuel behind MCPc’s success as an organization! You will be working with energetic sales professionals, certified engineers, technicians and technical subject matter experts to ensure you and the customer have the best support in the industry. As a consultative sales professional, you are responsible for driving growth and bringing in new business from prospects and current customers. The Regional Account Manager helps solve the business needs of prospects and customers by aligning those needs and objectives with MCPc solution(s). You own all opportunities and customers and are responsible for coordinating resources and managing the sales campaign across the entire opportunity pipeline.

  • New Account Acquisition
  • Account Management
  • Assure that customer satisfaction is met, always.
  • Collaborate with internal MCPc parties, SME’s, and Solution Architects to develop a solution that solves the customer’s IT challenge(s).
  • Develop a tactical strategy and build market share.
  • Assess customer’s IT environment and present appropriate solutions/next steps.
  • Willingness to travel (mostly local with occasional trips outside of the region)


  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the IT Sector.
  • Customer Service experience
  • Previous experience selling IT managed services is strongly desired
  • Previous experience with CRM tools, such as ConnectWise or Salesforce. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills are a “must have”.
  • Prior experience selling End User solutions is desired.
